Denton Shamburger

Denton is a Managing Partner at Canyon Ridge Industrial Partners, leading the firm’s industrial development and investment strategy. With over 20 years of experience in the Atlanta market, Denton has a strong track record in site selection, entitlement, and execution of industrial real estate projects. Before co-founding Canyon Ridge, Denton was Senior Vice President at Lincoln Property Company (LPC), overseeing the Atlanta industrial platform. There, Denton led more than 15 ground-up developments totaling over five million square feet and handled third-party marketing and leasing assignments. Shamburger focused on land brokerage and leasing across office, industrial, and land assets before working at LPC. Denton is a licensed real estate professional and longtime member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). Shamburger is a three-time Top Ten Producer, ACBR Phoenix Award recipient, and a member of the ACBR Million Dollar Club. Shamburger earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Atlanta.
