Dennis McConnell

Dennis McConnell joined Cresa’s New Jersey office in 2024 as Principal His responsibilities cover strategic oversight of client portfolios and lease transactions, including tenant representation, as well as promoting the growth of the JLL brand in the market. Mr. McConnell spent over 18 years with JLL in New Jersey. Throughout his career, Mr. McConnell has managed account teams for such clients as Sprint, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare, Reed Elsevier, and Mitsui Sumitomo Marine Management (USA), Inc. In this role, he was responsible for the coordination and implementation of real estate transactions throughout the United States.
