Dennis came to NBI from the world of luxutious condominium develpment, The Pointe Beach & Yacht Club, overlooking Destin Harbor. While at Pointe Develpment, he helped master plan and manage thousands of other condominium and hotel units accross the Gulf Coast. Because of the explosive growth of NBI, Dennis was asked to join the company's executive team to oversee the firm's new business development - an evolution set to make NBI a national player in commercial real estate
