Dennis Dazé

Dennis Dazé, joined Majestic Management Co., a wholly owned division of Majestic Realty Co., in 1995. As Senior Vice President, Dennis is responsible for directing property management activities for the developed assets of company’s national portfolio of commercial properties. Through his direction and leadership, Dennis implemented the management procedures to absorb the 50 million square feet of growth since his start in 1995. Prior to joining Majestic, he was Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Orange County and San Diego with CBRE (then Coldwell Banker Commercial) and Vice President of Watson Land Company’s asset management. Dennis graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior.
