Dennis Cravedi

Dennis Cravedi, along with his partner Christian Barreiro, heads up multifamily and development sales for Horvath & Tremblay's Mid-Atlantic office. As Senior Vice President, Dennis is responsible for overseeing the team's expansion and specializes in representing sellers and buyers in the valuation, marketing, disposition and acquisition of commercial investment properties working throughout Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Dennis worked at PBS, and then at C-SPAN, as a Television Producer covering Congress, the White House and national politics. A native of the District, Dennis serves as a mentor in the D.C.-based BestKids program, as well as Member of the organization’s Leadership Committee Board. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate from Catholic University.
