Dennis Barnes, Executive Vice President – Advisory and Transaction Services joined CBRE in June 2004 and is responsible for the company’s full-service agency leasing initiatives and business development for the Dallas/Fort Worth office market. Dennis has 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of marketing, lease negotiations and budgeting for all classes of suburban and CBD commercial office buildings. As an agency leasing specialist, Dennis has annually led the local brokerage community in the number of lease transactions completed. During 2020/2021, he led teams that consummated 111 lease transactions totaling 1.06 million square feet that ranged from 1,834 to 403,200 square feet (in both suburban and urban office properties). These lease transactions represented a combined consideration of $551 million and a 110k sf office building sale at $21 million.
