Denis Perreault

With over 40 years of experience across various sectors of the real estate industry—including international investments, asset management, office space leasing, property management, and commercial real estate brokerage—Denis brings a wealth of expertise to the field. During his tenure at Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Denis held several key leadership roles. He served as Senior Director of Leasing, Vice President of Asset Management, and later Vice President of Investments for the Eastern North America region. In addition, Denis has held various real estate brokerage positions at several agencies, including serving as General Manager of Avison Young for Quebec. Denis holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from HEC Montreal and an executive MBA in real estate from the University of Quebec in Montreal.
