Demarco Duran

Demarco Duran is an associate director in Savills West Los Angeles office, where he advises companies on how to best optimize and position their real estate portfolio and critical facilities with their short and long-term business goals. He spearheads his team’s business development initiatives, particularly in the technology, media, nonprofit and production industries. An ambitious and tenacious professional, Demarco applies an analytical thought process to his clients’ core challenges and crafts solutions that will solve for issues ranging from corporate consolidation and dispositions to global expansions and complex lease restructures. In 2020, Demarco finalized one of Los Angeles’ largest corporate lease restructures on behalf of nonprofit organization, Crystal Stairs. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Demarco spent two years at Colliers International leading business development and support on mid-size to large headquarters assignments. Demarco earned a certification from the Real Estate Association Program in Los Angeles and is a licensed real estate salesperson in California. While in college, he won a NAIOP University Challenge.
