Deidre Hardister

As an Senior Vice President-National Accounts at NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., Deidre focuses on Corporate Account Management, representing CHS in all transactions throughout Texas and surrounding areas. In addition, Deidre specializes in the purchasing and selling of office properties around the country, primarily focused on MOB assets. Previously, Deidre was Senior Vice President - Asset Management for TIER REIT’s properties located in Baltimore, Philadelphia and markets in the Northeast. She has over 29 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to TIER REIT, Deidre was a principal at CBRE overseeing operations, transactions, project management and strategic planning associated with 760 sites around the country and a $900 million operating budget. She holds a bachelor of business administration in real estate finance from Texas Tech University. Her professional designations include Certified Property Manager (CPM®), CCIM and Real Property Administrator (RPA®). Deidre has been active in the Dallas Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), serving as president in 2001. She has also served on the board of directors for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is currently active in many private and professional organizations.
