Involved in the real estate industry since 1987, his background includes: development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, asset management of office, industrial, retail, hospitality, residential, senior housing, multifamily, single tenant, and sale leaseback transactions. Over the last 26 years of his career, Mr. Israni has been involved in transactions totaling over $8 billion dollars in the U.S., Mexico and India. He received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from LD College in India and attended Texas Tech University for Masters in Computer Science.
