Deepa Balepur

Deepa M. Balepur is co-founding principal and Broker of Record for Compass Real Estate, LLC. Originally trained as a pharmacist with a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, she understands the importance of client confidentiality and care. She is well versed in the accuracy factor, so crucial in commercial real estate transactions. Her career in real estate began more than fifteen years ago originating from her personal real estate investment interests. Having quickly learned and understood the real estate market, she soon multiplied her number of satisfied clients many fold. To quote one of her many clients: “Deepa delivered answers to all my questions even before I had them!” She has been the recipient of several awards for sales production, business leadership and community contributions. She thanks her clients, vendors, partners and dedicated hard working team for realizing her vision of starting her own company. Having a strong entrepreneurial mindset, Deepa firmly believes that “you can be ANYTHING you set your mind to”! Deepa lives in Lancaster with her husband, Shyam. Their children Naina and Nishant are pursuing higher education in the field of Computer Science.
