Debra Cochran

Debra joined Swanson Developments in 2013 handling Accounts Payable, and in 2016 she added Leasing Coordinator to her list of superpowers. A lifelong Wilson County, TN native, Debra is known for keeping the numbers straight, the leases flowing, and the office smiling. When she’s off the clock, she’s usually with her family, lost in a good book, deep into a true crime podcast, crafting up something creative, or enjoying the outdoors hiking, kayaking, or camping. Fun fact: she’s also the proud owner of a 1973 VW Super Beetle that she’s bringing back to life one part at a time.
