ABOUT

Deborah brings over two decades of experience in real estate, economic development, and organizational leadership. As former CEO of the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS®, she established the Real Estate Weekly and helped create what is now the Free Enterprise Forum. Since 2001, she has served at the UVA Foundation, initially promoting collaborative relationships at the University's research parks and later expanding her role to oversee human resources, IT, strategic planning, and communications. Throughout her career, Deborah has been deeply committed to community service, contributing to organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Greater Charlottesville, the Urban Land Institute Virginia, and Albemarle County's Places 29 Community Advisory Council.
