Debbie Heslop, CCIM

Debbie Heslop has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in both the brokerage and corporate real estate arenas. She spent most of her career in Boston and relocated to Tucson in 2000 with her husband to enjoy the Southwest lifestyle and to get closer to family in Southern California. While working in brokerage in Boston, her focus was on office and industrial properties. A top producer, Debbie earned the SIOR designation and was a partner at Whittier Partners (28 partners), a firm that later formed a joint venture partnership with CBRE serving the New England market. Upon moving to Tucson, Debbie wanted to try something new and she switched her focus to retail properties. Debbie joined Tucson Realty & Trust Company as a Retail Specialist in 2002 and was recognized as Outstanding New Agent in her first year, and in her last year with the company was recognized as one of their Top Producers. Debbie joined Volk Company at the end of 2005 and has since then successfully handled any manner of real estate transactions: leasing & sales, investment sales, and ground up development. She has earned the CCIM Designation in addition to her Associate Brokers License. Debbie is Past President of the Southern Arizona CCIM chapter (2010), Past President of CREW Tucson (2016), and is currently a member of CCIM, CREW and ICSC.
