Dean Vandergriff

Dean entered the Retail Commercial Real Estate industry in 2003 with United Commercial Realty (UCR), in Austin. UCR was part of ChainLinks Retail Advisors which enabled Dean to forge relationships with top retail brokers across the United States. Dean credits Michael Epsteen, Rodger Anderson and Mickey Ashmore as his mentors, along with the many clients that engaged Dean on a multitude of retail transactions. Dean focuses primarily on tenant representation, disposition and land transactions and has been an active participant in several acquisitions and developments across central Texas. Outside of work, Dean enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, fishing and watching any UCLA sports
