Dean Torosian

Dean Torosian is an Executive Managing Director at JLL, specializing in Industrial Services in the Greater Philadelphia & New Jersey region, and providing both Tenant Representation and Agency Leasing services. Dean currently shares project leasing responsibility for a 10 million s.f. portfolio on behalf of numerous institutional clients including Clarion Partners, DCT Industrial, Hillwood, New York Life Real Estate Investors, IDI Industrial, Prologis and Thackeray Partners. Dean’s prior experience in financial analysis & underwriting, contract negotiation and business development proves to be extremely valuable to his clients in achieving strategic solutions for complex transactions. Dean comes to JLL from Cushman & Wakefield where he worked for two years in the Capital Markets Group. He originally began his career in Supply Chain & Logistics in the nonprofit sector working for the United Nations World Food Programme in emergency food aid procurement and distribution. Dean received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from John Cabot University of Rome, Italy, where he also served as captain of the university’s soccer team. While pursuing his degree, he had also partaken in two field study programs traveling through southern and western Africa. Dean earned his MBA in Finance from Saint John’s University’s campus in Rome, and has a Master Certificate in Supply Chain Management & Distribution Fulfillment from Michigan State University. Dean is currently a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.?
