Dean McPadden

Dean is a First Vice President at CBRE. Since joining the San Francisco team, he has worked on many noteworthy transactions in both project leasing and tenant representation. Dean specializes in leasing of institutional and privately owned real estate in all submarkets of San Francisco. Dean also works with many of San Francisco's ground-breaking companies across all industries, ranging from venture backed start-ups to publicly traded corporations. In all aspects of the business he works closely with his clients to create and implement a real estate strategy that appropriately meets their short- and long-term business objectives and cultural needs. Dean prides himself on his deep knowledge of the market and unparalleled service to his clients. Dean graduated from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire with a Business Communications major. A native of Connecticut, Dean currently resides in Mill Valley. He is an annual volunteer at Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and during his free time he enjoys the outdoors and music.
