Dean Ingram started Arizona Retail Advisors in April of 2008 as a Principal in the company. He has over 8 years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over 500 transactions. His in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the retail real estate business including land sales, zoning, development and leasing makes him a specialist in the industry. Dean’s track record shows that he has been highly responsive and proactive in the marketing of his clients’ properties, as well as persistent in achieving his clients’ goals and objectives with strategic planning, market knowledge and well-honed negotiating skills. His landlord representation includes: Glimcher Ventures Southwest, Interra Development, Cole Investment Advisors, UTAZ Development, Pacific West Development, El Dorado Holdings, A & C Properties, Pederson Development, De Rito Partners, Inc., Schirmir Ball Company, Kimco Developers, W.M. Grace Company, Kitchell Development Company, Wincorn & Wincorn, and Weingarten Realty. Exclusive tenant representation includes: Ultrastar Cinemas, Sleep Savvy, Country Kitchen, El Paso BBQ, 3 Tomatoes Pronto, Go Wireless, Fitness-One, Francis & Sons Car Wash, Fahrenheit Tanning, Hyatt Hotels and Ace Cash Express. Dean began his retail real estate career with DeRito Partners, Inc. in 2000 where he earned the Rookie of the Year award in 2001. Dean was the top income and the top deal producer at DeRito for 2005 completing 89 deals that year. In 2006 he became the Director of Development at Interra Development Partners before returning to DeRito Partners as a Principal in the company from 2006-2007. Adding to his extensive experience Dean is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and was a member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee from 1997-2005.
