Dean Flowers

Dean Flowers, founding member of Dollar-Flowers Realty Partners has responsibility for acquisitions and development of commercial real estate, and also raising capital funds and deploying those funds in commercial real estate transactions. Prior to his time at Dollar-Flowers, Mr. Flowers was 50% owner of the Darrow Group from 1996 2001. From 1986 1996 Mr. Flowers was owner of Dean Flowers Investments and co-owner of Legacy Capital Company. Mr. Flowers entered the real estate industry in 1978, and from 1978 1986 he worked at the Hank Dickerson Company, one of Dallass largest commercial real estate companies with over 100 brokers in Dallas and Houston, Texas. Mr. Flowers served as the Senior Vice President of the Land Division, and led the company in sales for 1984, 1985 and 1986. Mr. Flowers received his Bachelors degree from Southern Methodist University in 1981.
