Dean Bauman

Dean started his real estate career at Macdonald Real Estate Group in 1988 working primarily in retail leasing on the west side of Vancouver. Since then, Dean has developed an accomplished real estate practice with a 30-year career at international brand real estate brokerages including the Vancouver office of CBRE. In recent years, Dean has focused most of his brokerage business in the Fraser Valley specializing in commercial leasing, investment sales, as well as land transaction and assembly work in Langley and Surrey; including Morgan Creek and Grandview in South Surrey.
