Dean Bacopoulos

Dean Bacopoulos is a Senior Associate with CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics Advisory & Transaction Services. His primary focus is working as a tenant advisor in the site selection and lease negotiation process. In addition, he also has responsibilities including the acquisition and disposition of major industrial/office facilities and tenant representation assignments. Dean has successfully represented global clients for over 19 years with extensive experience in a broad assortment of transactions including sales and leasing of industrial, office, and multi-family properties, sale-lease-backs, lease extensions and negotiations. Dean provides clients with significant experience in commercial real estate and the added value of over 25 years of business acumen. Dean began his commercial real estate career with Tom Jackson Commercial Realty in 2001, representing several key tenant accounts for the firm, as well as being responsible for the firm's landlord representation portfolio.
