Dean Almas

Dean Almas is an Associate at CBRE and manages the marketing and leasing for Centre Properties portfolio, a developer of shopping centers in the Indianapolis MSA. He helps Centre Properties identify real estate for new development, assembling parcels and assisting in the negotiation of the transaction and assists in site plan development and lease-up of the projects. Since 2012, Dean has led the market development for Wings ETC restaurant in the Indianapolis MSA. Dean started his real estate career at Cassidy Turley, where he specialized in the retail division, representing shopping center owners and working with the retailers to secure locations. Dean was also the lead broker for the market-entry of Einstein Brothers Bagels in the Indianapolis MSA, defining trade areas, and creating opportunities for the restaurants; he handled nine locations in a 12-month period.
