Dax Benkendorfer serves as Development and Leasing Partner for Balcones Real Estate Group, where he specializes in industrial assets. Prior to joining Balcones Real Estate in 2025, Dax was Vice President for Live Oak, where he began in 2018. At Live Oak, he focused on procuring lease transactions, tenant retention, and business development for the office and industrial divisions. Mr. Benkendorfer received his degree from The University of Texas at Austin and has spent his professional career in the city ever since.
