Dawn Trosper
Dawn Trosper is a native Oregonian and has lived in the state all her life. She’s been with Oregon First, Realtors® & Washington First Properties for 15 years, starting as a temp in 2005. Her favorite part of the job is contacting agents to let them know their commission checks are ready! Dawn looks forward to seeing how each new agent brings something unique to their clients and to the company. She says that every listing or sale brings something new every day. She strives to achieve friendly service, accuracy, and timely processing to all aspects of her job. Dawn is currently climbing the ranks of Candy Crush Saga and enjoys wine tasting in Yamhill County’s beautiful wine country. She loves reading and is a member of a book club with an amazing group of diverse women. She also enjoys watching movies and says that reading the book first is always the best. Dawn is the Office Manager for the main branch of Oregon First, Realtors® & Washington First Properties, and the Operations and Facilities Assistant, and Bookkeeper for the whole company. For our agents, her most important job is handling earnest money checks for their clients and commission checks for them. Dawn also ably fills in for the agent support team and transaction assistants when needed.
