Dawn Schlosser
Dawn is a licensed Property Manager with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC). She is working toward obtaining her Real Property Administrator Designation (RPA) from Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI) and holds a certificate with BOMI for Property Management Financial Proficiency (PMFP). She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC). Dawn manages a retail portfolio consisting of approximately one million square feet and 95 tenants. She brings 16 years of experience in internal/external business stakeholder relations and administrative leadership. She has been in the property management field for over five years providing administration, detailed annual operating budgets and ongoing reporting for over two million square feet and approximately 200 tenants. Dawn possesses a wealth of retail lease knowledge and has built many customer relations by communicating the details of their year end adjustments and other details of their leases.
