Since joining SRS in 2004, Dawn has been a leading broker in Dallas and across the U.S. She attributes her success not only to her passion for real estate, but also to the 11 years she spent in real estate at Gap Inc. The education at Gap Inc. prepared her to be an innovator as a broker in the Tenant Representation world. Her deep connections throughout the real estate community were formed with Gap Inc. alumni who now serve in leadership roles across the country for many of the top retailers and landlords. Raised in in Texas, she has a Southern charm with tenacity to deliver results while making each transaction enjoyable. SRS takes a team approach to real estate. They can roll out a strategy for a retailer with an open-to-buy of one per year like they do for Hasbro today or 100 per year, which her team did for Justice for Girls and Carter’s and OshKosh!
