Dawn is the Vice President of Property Management and the broker of record for Town Center Management Group, Inc.
An 18-year real estate veteran, Dawn has brokered deals in excess of $100M. Specializing in retail and office leasing, Dawn negotiates all leases, renewals, and amendments for the properties assigned to Town Center Management Group. She prides herself on being an extremely hard worker, an analytical yet creative thinker, and a maverick with a passion for assisting others in achieving professional success by way of facilitating tenancy at their place of business. Dawn was raised in Folsom and currently resides in El Dorado Hills with her three children, two dogs, two cats, and one lion-headed bunny. She enjoys getting lost in a great novel, live music, succumbing to uncontrollable belly laughter with her friends and family, and much more.
