Davis Finney

Davis Finney co-leads a team dedicated to maximizing the value of government-leased property investments across the nation. With a strategic focus on properties leased to federal, state, municipal, and government contractor tenants, Davis has established himself as a leader in investment sales, debt placements, and recapitalizations of institutional-grade real estate. Davis is a member of the National Federal Development Association (NFDA). Davis earned a degree in Risk Management from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, where he was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. A native of Athens, Georgia, Davis attended Athens Academy. Davis enjoys taking clients on golf trips to Athens Country Club in Athens, Georgia and various golf courses in Pinehurst, North Carolina. Davis lives in the Sandy Springs neighborhood of Atlanta with his fiancée, Madison, and beloved Golden Retriever, Hattie. He is an avid sports fan.
