Davis Beman is Vice President, Director of Commercial Real Estate at Blanchard and Calhoun, and Principle of the Beman Group. Born and Raised in Augusta, and a graduate of the Academy of Richmond County, Davis witnessed the exceptional change and growth that has transformed Augusta into the Destination City it is today. As a Commercial Real Estate veteran, He strives to do his part to push that vision further into previously unseen levels by working with Investors to underwrite and acquire Industrial, Office, Retail, and Multifamily properties that will drive commerce and opportunity for businesses small and large. Davis specializes in Site Selection, Buyer/Tenant Representation, Investment Advisement, General Brokerage and Asset Management. His more prominent work includes brokering deals for Your Pie, Scottrade, TaxSlayer, Augusta University, US CareNet, Vision Wireless, Edgars/Goodwill, U-haul, Dollar General, Fred’s, Wells Fargo, Security Federal Bank as well as many more. He has handled real estate transactions in four different states and currently owns, manages, and facilitates the leasing for Commercial property from Metro Atlanta all the way to Columbia, S.C.. Davis founded the Beman Group to provide clients a better Return on Investment through more client centered Brokerage and Property management avenues. His team of four includes a Financial Analysis Advisor and Commercial Real Estate agents highly versed in all Commercial Asset Classes. The goal of the Beman Group is to provide the highest level of Investment and Brokerage services that meet the desired return on investment and align their clients with the strongest Professionals in their respective professions. Involvement in the Community has always been important to Davis, and something he and his wife Elizabeth teach the importance of to their two sons, Howell and McKnight. He can often be seen spending his time anywhere from Fundraising for the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, Morris Museum of Art Gala, Community Foundation for the CSRA, and University Hospital, to coaching T-Ball, Flag Football, and Basketball at the YMCA, as well as coaching baseball for the Augusta Recreational Sports Department, along with coaching youth basketball at First Baptist Church.
