Davis Amanyisye, CCIM, is an Investment Sales Associate in Partners Real Estate’s Investment Sales division. He specializes in representing owners in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail properties in the Greater Houston area. Davis partners with his clients throughout the life cycle of real estate investments, to advise and assist with strategic operational and management decisions of their properties, to best position the assets for optimal future valuations. Davis’ intense drive to fully understand each client’s needs, together with his in-depth finance, product, and market knowledge, has helped him uncover unique investment opportunities of Industrial and retail assets in the Houston market. Davis is a graduate of Texas Southern University, where he received a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is an active member of the CCIM Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
