David Zeigler

David is a founder and the Managing Principal of the Lee & Associates of St. Louis office handling the the sales and leasing of commercial properties since 1994, with a primary focus on industrial buildings, investment sales and land. He has participated in over 1,000 transactions including 25 million square feet of buildings and 850 acres of ground with a total consideration in excess of a $1 billion dollars. Prior to founding Lee & Associates of St. Louis, David was a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and a software engineer for McDonnell Douglas for five years, working on the Tomahawk and Advanced Cruise Missile projects.
