What I love most about real estate is getting to work with people. Helping people buy, sell, rent or manage property is exciting and challenging. My experience as a Certified Property Manager and Principal Broker has given me the background to understand investment property from both the owner and real estate broker's perspective. As a Southern Oregon Native and business owner, David believes in the strength of community and culture and the impact one has on the other. David is a graduate of Oregon State University and Licensed Principal Broker. A solid member of the community, David recently received the prestigious "2015 Realtor of the Year" for Southern Oregon. David actively served as President of Southern Oregon Multiple Listing Service Board, and VP of Medford Jackson County Chamber. In his time away from work, David can be found coaching soccer for his daughters or running the beautiful Rogue Valley hills. An avid marathon racer and co-founder of Southern Oregon's Rogue Run, a Boston Marathon qualifier race, David's interest in his community is well-known by his support to dozens of non-profits either in a board capacity or by supporting their fundraising efforts.
