David Woodhead

David studied at Silcoates School, Wakefield and Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 1997 with an Upper Second Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Land Economics and Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999. Previous roles include working as a graduate surveyor for Weatherall Green & Smith (now Sanderson Weatherall) and then as a qualified General Practice surveyor working for Vickers Orriss. Started working at Woodhead Investments & Developments Services Ltd in 2001 and became a Director / Company Secretary. Whilst this involves a variety of property management skills, now specialises in rent review and lease renewal negotiations and the acquisition of residential, commercial and agricultural property.
