David specializes in the sale of industrial properties and investment properties in the Phoenix Metropolitan Market. He also has experience in the sale and leasing of office, retail proper-ties and large tracts of land. David will efficiently manage all transactions from start to finish, coordinating with title compa-nies, lender’s, appraisers, environmental consultants, building inspectors etc. to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. David is also experienced in handling 1031 Tax Deferred ex-changes for both Buyers and Sellers of investment properties. David has worked for DAUM since January 1988. During this time, he has consistently been a Top Producer for DAUM. Da-vid earned the #1 ranking in the Phoenix office and was a Top 10 Producer company-wide in 1995, 1999, 2005, 2015, 2016 and 2017. David has qualified for DAUM’s President Club in 1995, 1997, 1999, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2014, 2015, 2016,2017, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
