David Williams

David obtained his degree from the University of Glamorgan before joining National Westminster Group as a Graduate Surveyor. Following successful qualification to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), David joined Cooke & Arkwright, specialising in retail property until his move to Emanuel jones in 2001. In 2011, David became Partner at Emanuel Jones and has been actively involved with the day to day operations ever since. David specialises in retail, development and investment and advises numerous property owners, investors and businesses. Notable clients include Betfred, Columbia Threadneedle and Marshall Holdings.
