
David is a Metro Phoenix native and seasoned real estate professional whose work blends thoughtful planning with community impact. He serves on Arizona State University’s Real Estate Council, supporting the graduate-level Master’s program and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders. His approach pairs rigorous entitlement and development execution with long-term stewardship of neighborhoods and campuses across the Valley. A current highlight in David’s portfolio is the medical service campus anchored by Dignity Health’s Arizona General Hospital, which opened in 2015. Under his leadership, the campus is expanding with additional land positioned for Medical Office Building development and commercial leasing. Complementary planned uses include Senior/Assisted Living and Memory Care, alongside hotel sites and open food-service provider pads available for purchase—creating a holistic, patient- and community-centered environment. David’s track record reflects decades of end-to-end delivery across complex projects. He led planning, zoning, acquisition, and development for the 500-acre Rogers Ranch program in Phoenix, ultimately delivering 24 vibrant subdivisions. Further accomplishments include Paseo Point, Laveen Ranch, Dobbins Point, the Tri-City Baptist Church and College campus, and a start-up campus for CCV Church featuring soccer facilities. With more than 7,000 escrow closings, David demonstrates both scale and precision—earning trust from public agencies, partners, and residents alike.
