David Walton

David has over 20 years’ experience in commercial property and development. He advises landlords and tenants on High Street, shopping centre, retail parks and neighbourhood centres. He deals with both disposals and acquisitions. He represents a number of high street retailers, food and convenience store operators. David also advises on roadside retail schemes, development and student accommodation. Previously his career has included corporate asset and property management, valuation and rating giving him all round knowledge of the commercial property sector.
