David Tsen
Co-Founder of Oracle Property GroupDavid Tsen is one of the co-founders of Oracle Property Group. He is an award-winning Real Estate Agent in Abbotsford with EXP Realty. He has ranked in the Top 1% of Agents with the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board for the past 7 years. As a team leader Oracle also ranked as a Top 1% team in the Fraser Valley from 2022-2024. Born and raised in the Fraser Valley, David's drive comes from watching his immigrant parents run a successful Chinese Restaurant for 15 years that they built from the ground up. David started working and helping his family at the young age of 8. He is a family man who began dating his wife Andrea at 16 years old; they have a beautiful daughter "Kaia" together and look forward to growing their family as they inspire and motivate him to be the best he can be. David is also an avid sports fan and loves basketball, soccer and football. He speaks English and Cantonese.
