David, a Chartered Surveyor, is the Director of our Business Space Division.
David, a Chartered Surveyor, is the Director of our Business Space Division and is primarily responsible for overseeing the promotion and strategic asset management of our national Business Space portfolio to grow our income base. In addition, David also works to identify and progress speculative and pre-let direct development opportunities on our key sites as we continue to enhance our portfolio; building on the success of our schemes at Waverley, Logistics North and Gateway 36. David joined Harworth in January 2014 from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he headed up the Property & Asset Management department across their Leeds & Newcastle offices, whilst managing a number of large portfolios for both national corporates and regional property companies.
