David Stubbs

David Stubbs is the Managing Partner and Principal Broker of Talon Commercial Real Estate, a full-service firm he founded in 2017. With more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, David has successfully represented clients in investment acquisitions, brokerage transactions, and property management. His career includes co-founding Transwestern Investment Realty and operating a Sperry Van Ness franchise, where he oversaw acquisitions exceeding $400 million and brokered over $1 billion in transactions. David’s leadership spans multiple disciplines, including title insurance and institutional banking, having held management roles at Bank of America and Citibank. He has also served in senior positions with national brokerage firms such as Grubb & Ellis and Berkshire Hathaway, and managed ground-up commercial developments with regional builders. His property management experience covers more than 2 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial assets. A fourth-generation Nevadan and native Las Vegan, David earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His extensive background and strategic vision continue to drive Talon’s growth and reputation in the Nevada commercial real estate market.
