David Stanley

David Justin Stanley has been in real estate appraising since 2005. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee. He is licensed as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Tennessee and holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. David loves to think through, research and solve real estate problems. While at work, music and large quantities of coffee are not far away. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, hiking, and fly-fishing in the Smoky Mountains. David has been married to his wife, Emilee, for 11 years and they have three children.
