David Spriggs

David Spriggs is the founder of DMS Real Estate, Inc. and manages its day-to-day operations. These duties include handling Letter of Intent and lease negotiations, working closely with third party brokers, negotiating loan terms, coordinating capital improvements and tenant improvements, and overseeing acquisitions and dispositions.
