David Smith

David Smith joined Avison Young as an Associate in 2019; quickly rising to Vice President in 2022. David’s primary focus is on both tenant and landlord representation in the Greater Philadelphia office and industrial market sector. With strong relationships and associations on both a local and national level, David is proficient in advising his clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. His clients include institutional investors, developers, and users alike. In his short time with Avison Young, David has proven to be an instrumental part of the Avison Young team—negotiating over 1,500,000 SF of deals on behalf of his clients. David is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he Captained the Men’s Lacrosse Team to a National Championship in 2019.
