David Smith

David Smith joined Fairway Management Group in August 2013 and as Senior Property Manager is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of commercial properties in Alabama and Tennessee. He has more than 35 years of management experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Fairway Management Group, David managed retail, office and multi-family properties for First Service Residential Realty, Collateral Properties, Engel Realty Company, and Eutaw Village Shopping Center. David earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Alabama and has an Asbestos Supervisor Certification.
