David Simone

David Simone is the owner and company broker of Concourse Realty Partners. Mr. Simone entered NYC real estate as a sales agent at Marcus and Millichap in Manhattan in 2001. In 2003, he joined Massey Knakal Realty Services to help start their Bronx division. He was the top salesperson in the Bronx/ Northern Manhattan division two years in a row, earning him the firm's Harry Macklowe Salesperson of the Year Award in 2004 and 2005. Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal on December 31, 2014. ?
