David has been in a leadership position with local and national commercial real estate firms for the past eighteen years. In these roles, David has been responsible for recruitment, operational and financial performance, and business development efforts. David spent the first half of his career as a salesperson/broker and was a Principal at Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey, currently known as Newmark Group, Inc. David has completed transactions on behalf of tenants including; Merrill Lynch, PaineWebber, Oxford, Cigna, Hughes Network Systems, Xerox, Libby-Owens Ford, Best Buy, Fremont General, and Bed, Bath & Beyond. He has also represented properties on behalf of Mack-Cali, Canada Life, John Hancock, Chase Manhattan Bank, Metropolitan Life, Archon Group and many prominent local landlords. He is a member of NAIOP, a past president of IOREBA, the New Jersey Chapter of SIOR and was selected to the ROI-NJ “Influencer’s list for Real Estate” in 2017 and the Real Estate “Power 75” list by NJBiz in 2016.
