David Sherwood joined CBRE Limited in January of 2006 as a Sales Professional in Industrial Properties. David spent his first five months working on special projects for Stefan Ciotlos, Executive Vice President, Special Projects, building the proper skills needed to provide added value to his clients. David’s background prior to starting up with CBRE was in the Valuation/Appraisal industry. The skills and experience gained from that industry allow David to provide his clients with an exceptional level of service, separating him from the rest of the competition.
