David Seidner

In addition to being co-owner of Cardinal Development Company, David is also a managing partner of several real estate investment partnerships. He is involved in the daily operation, management, and development of over $125,000,000.00 of investment real estate primarily in the industrial and self-storage product type. Born in Los Angeles, David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Claremont Men’s College in 1984, and he received a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California in 1989.
