David Salpeter
David Salpeter has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to Baramy, David was Vice President, Operations – West at McCOR Management Inc., where he was responsible for mentoring and leading the property management group in Western Canada. From 2006 to 2018, David was Director of Real Estate at Integrated Management & Realty Ltd., responsible for all day-to-day operations of owned and managed commercial property, leasing, project management and part of the team responsible for all new industrial, commercial and multi-family development. Prior to this, David held various management and leasing positions with Cambridge Shopping Centres, Oxford Properties Group, Princeton Developments and Inter-Pro Realty. David’s wealth of experience provides Baramy and its clients with knowledge and solutions-based thinking that has proven to be very valuable.
