David Sabbagh

David Sabbagh is an Associate Director at KSR, graduating from Baruch College in 2018. Since joining KSR in the summer of 2017, David has leased over 250,000 Square Feet of retail space in the New York Metropolitan Area. Starting in 2018 his primary focus was the outer boroughs of New York. During Covid David pivoted and started focusing on Manhattan Retail. From 12/1/21 – 11/29/23 David has facilitated 65 retail leases alongside Executive Managing Director David Green. On the tenant side, David assisted About Time Coffee, Koba Korean BBQ, Dunkin Donuts, Napoli Pizza, Village Square Pizza, Ace Martial Arts, Breakfast by Salt’s Cure, Greenpoint Sushi and others to secure multiple high end retail locations.
